Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Bojan Ivanac, Serbia ("we", "us"). They apply when you download, install or use Vibeclove ("the App"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Your license

• When you buy Vibeclove, you get a personal license to use the App on 1 Mac that you own or control.
• The license does not expire. You pay once. There is no subscription.
• To move the App to a different Mac, deactivate it on the old Mac first, or email us.
• We can release updates. We can charge for a future major version. A version that you already have continues to work.

3. Free trial

You can use every feature of the App free for 5 days from the first time you open it. After the trial, the App asks for a license key.

4. Payment and refunds

• Polar sells Vibeclove for us as the merchant of record. Polar processes your payment, taxes and invoices.
• Prices are in US dollars. Tax can be added at checkout, based on your country.
• You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Email hello@vibeclove.app. After a refund, your license key stops working.

5. What you must not do

• Share, sell, rent or give away your license key or the App.
• Try to get around the license check.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, except where the law allows it.
• Use the App for anything illegal.

If you do not follow these terms, we can cancel your license.

6. Other tools

Vibeclove works with tools that other companies make, such as Claude Code, Codex, Music, Spotify, Calendar, Reminders and the GitHub CLI. Those tools have their own terms. We do not control them, and they can change in ways that stop a Vibeclove feature from working.

Vibeclove adds hooks to the settings files of Claude Code and Codex. It saves a backup of these files first. You can remove the hooks at any time in Settings › Agents.

7. Trademarks

Vibeclove is an independent app. It is not made, approved or supported by Anthropic, OpenAI, Apple, Spotify or GitHub, and we are not affiliated with them.

• OpenAI and Codex are trademarks of OpenAI.
• Apple, Mac, macOS, MacBook, Music and Dynamic Island are trademarks of Apple Inc.
• Spotify is a trademark of Spotify AB. GitHub is a trademark of GitHub, Inc.

We use these names only to tell you which tools Vibeclove works with. All other trademarks belong to their owners.

8. Our rights

Vibeclove, including its code, design, name and icon, belongs to us. These terms give you a license to use the App. They do not give you ownership of it.

9. No warranty

We give you the App "as is". We work to make it reliable, but we do not promise that it will always work without errors or interruptions.

10. Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data or lost profit, that comes from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount that you paid for the App. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy tells you how the App and this website use data.

12. Changes

We can change these terms. If we make an important change, we will tell you on this website or in the App. If you continue to use the App after a change, you agree to the new terms.
